Point Blank Inc. in association with Reward Port developed ‘DDF Circle’, India's first duty free privilege program - an online loyalty program for Delhi Duty free where the point’s accrual and redemption take place real time. First of its kind system which allows customers to earn and burn reward points in the very next purchase. It starts its lifecycle from POS to customer interface through internet and mobile phone. The system automatically communicates with customer for combo-offers, SMS based redemption offers on mobile or email box. The system installed on 44 POS and total 25476 unique customers enrolled for the program.
In just 6 months of time company witnessed avg. 4% rise in sales which is generated only through the redemptions.
